Broccoli
The Department of Agriculture and Food, Western Australia works with the Western Australian broccoli industry to help improve water use efficiency through better irrigation techniques. Integrated pest management methods for insect pests and diseases, allowing production of high quality crops, are promoted to industry.
Most Western Australian broccoli is sold fresh on the local market. The largest export destination for Australian broccoli is Singapore followed by the United Arab Emirates.
