Industry development

The Department of Agriculture and Food, Western Australia works with industry to overcome constraints and realise opportunities for businesses to grow and become more profitable.

We work across industry sectors to address these constraints and opportunities as well as with individual enterprises, where there is likely to be a sufficient economic development outcome. The areas of work can include workforce and management development, market facilitation, business networking, land use planning, technology transfer, infrastructure and logistics – all essential components of profitable businesses.
