My role in the department
I am a research officer working in crop and soil science and based in the southern WA wheatbelt. The projects I work with are aimed at reducing the effect of soil constraints and improve the efficiency and profitability of grain growers.
I have more than 20 years experience in the WA grains industry in a variety of roles. These range from private research contracts, oat agronomy, cereal physiology (waterlogging/drought), soil health, developing practical tools for growers and group facilitation.
