Weather stations and radar
The Department of Agriculture and Food, Western Australia's (DAFWA) network of automatic weather stations and radars throughout the state provide timely, relevant and local weather data to assist growers and regional communities make more-informed decisions. The station data includes air temperature, humidity, rainfall, wind speed and direction, with most stations also measuring incoming solar radiation to calculate evaporation. The Doppler radars provide estimated rainfall.
Weather stations and radar services will be unavailable from 5pm on the 23rd of August until the 24th of August due to maintenance.
