Small landholders

The Small Landholder Information Service (SLIS) provides Western Australia’s 60 000 small landholders with information on all aspects of effectively managing their land, orchards and livestock. The Department of Agriculture and Food, Western Australia’s SLIS strengthens agricultural skills by providing a free enquiry service and targeted learning events and information products specifically tailored to small landholders.

SLIS enhances the business adaptability and resilience of small landholders by providing business related information products and learning events through their Fresh Food Link program.  

All small landholders with a property size of less than 100 hectares can benefit from this free service.
