Business Strategy and Planning Workshop - Mandurah

With many businesses looking for ways to attract capital, a business plan could be part of the solution. Most investors and lenders, want to see a well-developed business plan as proof of the business owner’s credibility and the business’s potential. It can range from a multi-page document to a single page.

Regardless of length, it should be a living document, which key stakeholders in the business can access so they can understand the direction of the business.

The session will cover:

  2. What is a strategic business plan?
  3. Useful tools for business planning
