Business Structures and Legal Considerations Workshop - Dowerin

This free workshop will provide an overview of business structures and their respective tax implications. In addition, it will discuss asset protection and legal responsibilities when dealing with investors.

The workshop will cover the following:

  • overview of business structures
  • considerations for growth; and
  • changing your business structures.

This workshop is part of our Investor Ready series developed in collaboration between the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development and the Small Business Development Corporation.

Please note, while this workshop is free, it will be held at the Dowerin GWN7 Machinery Field Days which is a ticketed event. A day pass costs $25 (adult) / $15 (concession) and is available at the Dowerin GWN7 Machinery Field Days website [1].
