Northern Beef Futures is funded by the State Government's Royalties for Regions program. Its goal is to transform the northern beef sector to become a more prosperous, sustainable and resilient pastoral industry through market diversity and improved business models and supply chains.
Industry forum to be held in Broome
Opportunities to increase the value of beef production from the Kimberley and Pilbara and access new export markets will be presented at an industry forum to be held in Broome.
The Northern Beef Futures industry forum will be held at the Broome Civic Centre on Wednesday 29 April 2015.
The forum offers a great opportunity to learn more about how you can become involved in the Northern Beef Futures project, benefit from practice and business change activities and hear about market opportunities for WA beef and live cattle, following a visit to Indonesia and Vietnam by a supply chain delegation.
Sessions will also be held on the subject of ‘market pull’ and delivering the right products to suit customer requirements.
The forum will be held between 2pm and 6pm, followed by refreshments.
