In 2019, the department carried out over 400 trials across the state from Kununurra in the north to Esperance in the south. These trials were split into five themed areas including crop protection, genetic improvement, integrated farming systems, soil productivity and field research. There are additional trials for Horticulture, Livestock and Biosecurity captured on this map.
