Filling out the forms
You may fill in the details on the form electronically, however forms must be printed out for signing and returned to the Brands Office for verification and processing.
Lodging the forms and payment
Submit the completed forms with your payment details (if applicable) by:
- Email (if paying by credit card): brands.bunbury@dpird.wa.gov.au
- Post: The Registrar of Stock and Apiaries, PO Box 1231, Bunbury WA 6231
Payment in person is available at selected Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development offices. Contact the Brands Office on 1300 926 547 for details.
Note: Cheques are to be made payable to the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development.
