There are now two avenues to register: via the new online Brands Portal or with the existing paper-based applications. The Brands Portal is a secure website that allows Beekeepers, Livestock owners and supply chain location operators to manage their registrations online.
If you are unable or prefer not to use the Brands Portal, you can download and send in the completed paper forms via email or post.

Register using the Brands Portal
Login to the Brands Portal online.
You will be taken to the Welcome page which will guide you through the Digital Identity setup and Brands Portal login procedures.
Register using manual forms
Forms to register or update an existing registration are available via the table below and the 'documents' section of this webpage.
Filling out the forms
You may fill in the details on the forms electronically, however, they must be printed out for signing and returned to the Brands Registration Office (via email or post) for verification and processing. Note: Please include your email address and/or mobile phone number on your application to improve online communication.
Lodging the forms and payment
Submit your completed forms with payment (if applicable) via the following methods:
In person:
- Cheque at DPIRD offices in Albany, Bunbury, Geraldton, Katanning, Moora, Narrogin or Northam.
- Credit card or eftpos at DPIRD Bunbury office only.
By post:
