Sustainability is about understanding the impacts of what we do and aiming to minimise negative impacts (like waste and pollution) and maximise positive impacts on the environment and people around us.  

ESG (environment, social and governance) is a framework that can help businesses improve their sustainability outcomes by identifying and understanding risks and opportunities so that they can be better managed and communicated to stakeholders and customers.
