Recommended herbicides

  • Glyphosate (Group M)
  • Haloxyfop (Group A)

Herbicide: Weedmaster Duo

Active ingredient

360g/L glyphosate as the isopropyl amine and mono ammonium salts

Rate of product/ha

Maximum rate 6-9L. Spot spraying rate 200mL/10L water

Herbicide: Haloxyfop (various trade names: see APVMA link)

Active ingredient

Haloxyfop-R 520g/L as the methyl ester

Rate of product/ha

 400 - 800mL

  • Apply when actively growing
  • Use surfactant approved for aquatic situations
  • Do not apply to weeds growing in or over-flowing water in permanent waterways
