Avocados Australia is presenting the Perth Qualicado workshop, part of a series of workshops run across Australia, aimed to improve the delivery of quality avocados to the end consumer.
The Perth workshop is aimed at avocado wholesalers, ripeners and transporters (and related service industries). A separate workshop aimed at growers and packers is being held in Manjimup.
Topics covered will include:
- avocado bruising research update
- avocado handling and ripening
- Infocado program update.
