The eConnected team has been working hard on its new and improved weather web app, which now allows users better access to data from the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development’s (DPIRD) 175 weather stations and Doppler radars.
The latest website design work provides users improved access pertinent weather data, including – graphs and charts on temperature, humidity, evaporation, solar exposure, sowing opportunities and fertiliser treatment.
Grainbelt growers, consultants and industry representatives will find enhanced functionality and useability when browsing the upgraded site, and the changes include a special feature – a localised dashboard for every weather station.
Other modifications include the look and feel of the website. The aesthetically appealing interface and look is based on previously received feedback.
Further feedback is still welcome and may be emailed to – firstname.lastname@example.org.
