- Right mouse click once on the form you wish to open. A small menu will pop up.
- Select the Save target as function to save it into a folder on your hard drive (C: drive) or your Desktop. Make a note of where you have saved it.

AD1071 - This form must accompany each consignment of livestock en route into Western Australia. The entry document certifies that the livestock described meet all pre-requisites.
