I understand & agree with the Department of Agriculture and Food Western Australia (DAFWA, which expression on this page includes the State of Western Australia & its servants & agents) that:

1. these forecasts are experimental, still under development & should be carefully interpreted using the accompanying skill information,
2. forecasting the volume, timing or location of rainfall is an inexact science subject to frequent change, & forecasts obtained from this package may not be accurate, current or complete,
3. I should not make significant decisions in reliance on any forecasts or information obtained from this package, but should weigh the forecasts or information with seasonal forecasts made by other statistical & dynamic models (such as those in DAFWA’s Growing Season Outlook) & obtain updated professional weather advice relevant to my circumstances,
4. I accept all risks & responsibility for losses, damages, costs and other consequences resulting directly or indirectly from using this site or any forecasts or other material in it, and
